End of the Journey
All,

I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for all of you who have been willing to share your stories and your journeys on this forum. This past Friday, my husband received his green card and our journey came to an end for now. (We will be filing for his citizenship in 2020 on the first possible date he is eligible to submit his application.) For almost 10 years we've had to live cautiously and at times in fear that our family would be split up. It's been such a relief to finally be able to let that go. Our timeline is the following:

7/6/17 PD for 485 & 130
7/21/17 NOA1 stating cases received
7/28/17 NOA2 for biometrics
8/11/17 Biometrics taken
9/19/17 NOA via text/email re interview scheduled
9/20/17 NOA3 via US Mail re interview scheduled
10/26/17 Interview at St. Louis field office (approved on the spot unofficially)
10/27/17 Card Ordered/In Production
10/30/17 Cases Approved
11/1/17 GC Mailed to us
11/1/17 NOA4 for 485/130 approvals arrived
11/3/17 GC received!!! (Did not show up in my USPS Informed Delivery page)
