Does anyone here has a RFE and already RESPONSED?
Anyone who have an experience of receiving RFE and sending back their RESPONSE?
My status changed the 20’th of october saying they sent me a Request for Initial Evidence, (i-864 related) asking for my spouse’s tax return documents, but since my spouse is already retired we sent out his SSA-1099 from 2014 to 2016 and a verification letter from Social Security Administration, together with a letter explaning that he is already retired and not required to file a tax return and also grab the oppurtunity to explain about supplement or additional income and about his assets. Included is the corrected/completed part of page four (4) [total of the household (2)] we submitted 1 from PDF file (needed to be edited, the total of househole using a PEN) and 1 from acrobat reader (Automatically total the household of two), they were asking for page 4 so that just what we ended up to submit. We just sent our Response for the RFE last friday (nov 3rd) and delivered its on the 4’th based on usps tracker. Anyone here can share their experience about their response for RFE? How long does it take for NBC to update my status online saying that they receive my RESPONSE? any opinion will be highly appreciated and thanks in advance. ;)
