I filed a petition on behalf of my husband who is Jamaican. PD date was 8-31 and had biometrics done on 9-25. Nothing has changed online and awaiting EAD as he would like to be able to work. All paperwork was in order but our biggest hurdle will most likely be our age difference....25 years? Anyone have any experience with cases with a huge age difference and how they were treated through out the process? We have plenty of documentation from family, friends and employer that the marriage is legit and we have been together since last year and got married this past June. Thanks for any help you can give.
