EAD Renovation: 05/19/2017
2nd Interview: 07/12/2017
no GC, No new EAD, i made severals SR and an infopass with the same response "Case still Pending Adjudication" a last SR with a II level helpfull officer could get into someone in the office, this one sent me this email:
"The status of this service request is:
I485 On 10/30/2017 , you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your I485 , Application . Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.
On 8/14/17, , we mailed a [Request for Evidence/Notice of Intent to Deny] notice to you using the most recent address we have on file."
they said that a month after the interview they sent me a notice wich is completely false, they answered me more than 6 SRs after the interview and none of them says anything regarding this, i went to the office ASAP with an emergency infopass to get a copy of this email and figure out if I still had time to see what kind of evidence or proof they were asking for, but the officer there told me that they dont see any notice regarding this beyond the fact that the case was still pending adjudication, they sugested me to schedule another infopass and to make another SR wich i did, now im in a kind of limbo, im hiring an atorney and reaching out the congressman, any one here with some similar complicated case?, or atleast hear a worst story? please let me know i gonna have two years soon since i started this whole stressful journey and im very hopeless about how this one is going to end up. :(
