Hi guys need some help because I am so confused.
Got married March 2015
Green card August 2015
My husband filed for my daughter in December 2016 (she's here in the US)
USCIS received the i130 and i485 December 19th 2016.
Request for evidence was requested which we sent and was received 2/9/17. Have been calling and checking online but online just says we received evidence. Called and spoke with tier 2 officer who told me the case was transferred to local field office since May 2017 and it's pending. According to most officers I spoke with the case is eligible for interview waiver because my husband is applying for a minor (9yrs old). Any similar experience or any advise?
