Traveling on advance parole by myself
Hi Everybody, I need advice.

Got married on June 2016, being with my husband for over 7 years. Same sex couple.
PD 07/05/17 filled up in NJ
Fingerprints 08/01/17
Request for Initial evidence 09/23/17
Request for Initial evidence received 10/06/17
New Card is being produced 11/04/17 (EAD)
EAD Card is being mailed 11/09/17 (finally)

I’ve been waiting for the Advance Parole to be able to go see my family in Colombia after all these months and I´m finally getting it very soon. My question is about traveling by myself, I´ve read and heard that it´s not recommended to travel without your spouse since it can get complicated entering back to the US, it´s hard for us to travel together soon (because of his work).
Do you guys think it is safe to go by myself and I won´t have any mayor issue to entering back?
Has anyone done it? How did it go?
I´ve being coming to the US for many years back and forth on a B2 visa, never overstayed or had any issue of this kind.

Reading this forum has being very supportive, I know time might seem slow and the wait look longer but if you are applying with the right reasons you will get your process done, I’m still halfway of mine but I’m very optimistic.
Thank you everybody for sharing your experiences here, there’re always many people reading quietly every day and this forum helps a lot.
