About SSN while pending i485
Hello there,
I am currently on F1 and got the internship starting from January 2017. My school suggested me to file CPT (status for F1 to work) to do internship. They want me to maintain F1 until I get Green Card.
However, I have issued EAD (expiring in April 2017) card base on i765 and have got the SSN based on that. I have never used that EAD for work till the date.
I have question that should I go to SSN office to change the link of SSN from EAD card to CPT?
or I can use that SSN for CPT.
