Lawyer did not submit AP application
My lawyer forgot to apply for AP when she submitted my EAD renewal. Now I must do it as quickly as I can since I want to travel by the end of January.
I have a question about the processing time. Since my EAD (765) is still pending, do I need to reset the clock and wait 3 more months for the AP approval to come or it should come whenever EAD is sent.
