"Request for Initial Evidence"
HI everyone,
I received a letter saying I had missed an 'affidavit or support' from my petitioner (wife) who is a student. Her father had completed one for me but I did not know she had to do one too.
I posted the evidence on the 3rd November and there is still no notice of receipt (still the 'Request for initial evidence' message. After calling USCIS they told me I have to wait another 60 days every time they send a request for more evidence and they may have received it but I won't know until a case worker starts up my case again!!
Has anyone else been asked for 'Request for Initial Evidence', and how long did it take fore their case to be updated ???
