What is this supposed to mean??
I was checking my USCIS case status today and I saw this posted on the history part of my I-485
“ as of November 17 2017, your other tier-1 referral number T1E **** **** ***NYC is not currently assigned for processing”
What is that supposed to mean??
I called USCIS customer service on November 17 and ask the tier 1 to transfer my call to a tier 2, she said it was too late to transfer the call but I could leave my information and they would call me back in 3 to 5 business day. I gave her my number and name and she gave me a confirmation number and said they would call back in a couple of days. But I saw this note today in my case status and got confused. Has anybody have the same experience? Does that mean that when the assign it to somebody they will call me back?
