Dear friends,
Is anyone has same experience or heard about the same situation which I am facing please let me know.
My husband and I went for our interview on 24 October . The interview was great and officer approved I130 but he didn't approve I485 because of my medical test . He asked me to do it again and mail it to him. He was a very nice man . So I email it to him on first November,Still waiting and no news not online not mail box. When I asked him in the day of interview how long it takes for him to approve my I485 he said 3 weeks but he try to do it as soon as possible . Is anyone knows what is happening. I have to travel to my country so I asked him and he told me I can't travel till I get my green card .
Please guide me . My husband and I are in so much tension.
