I wanted to ask how it works. Let's say me and my spouse go to the interview and I get conditional green card.
In the meantime I discover he is not being faithful to me. Is there any way I can get a divorce and still remove conditions of the green card after 2 years? On the base of my spouse's infidelity. If that's possible, do I need to prove it somehow? What if my spouse will admit to being unfaithful? Thanks for your help.
