We’re traveling out of the country next week for a month.
My AOS application is pending, I’m still waiting to be scheduled for interview.
I’ve overstayed a B2 for 8 years prior to filing AOS through marriage.
I don’t have any bad records except for overstaying.
Now, my question is will they let me re-enter here in the US using AP?
I desperately need advice based on experiences.
