Can someone please tell me what to do?
I’ve been married since March, send my stuff in and got my EAD and the others pending, lastnight I came home from work my American husband was beating on me infront of his friend, he have done this before I have a police report from previous events, but this time am DONE!!!! People are saying I won’t get my green card but am not going to stay and die for a greencard... and yes my marriage is real we live together every thing, can you please give me your best advice with my situation, thank you
