I filed for a marriage based green card for my husband and we completed the biometrics back in August. The last change to our application status was "ready to schedule interview". We also submitted the I-131 and I-765 along with the application.
However, it has been nearly 5 months since our priority date and STILL NO EAD CARD!
We called nearly a month ago and put in a service request since it has been more than 90 days, but still no response!!
My husband has since lost his job and has not been working for several months as a result. We are really stressed out seeing that others have already received their EAD card and interview with a similar PD...
Does anyone have a similar experience/any helpful advice?!
