Hi Everyone,
Am just confused and believed i have waited to long to get EAD. Below is my timeline.
I485 PD Aug, 2017
I485 Biometrics Aug, 2017
I765 PD Aug, 2017
I765 Biometrics Sept, 2017
RFE Sept, 2017
In September too i got a mail indicating that a refund is been made to me because i submitted an application with extra remittance that is not required to process my application my form I-765.. Yes, the forms were submitted separately with checks in them. i485 was packaged with $ 1,225 while I765 was with $410.
My challenge now is that its been 100 days now I've not received my EAD and I don't know how long am gonna wait again for this. My online I-485 case status has been saying "
As of October 10, 2017, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC17 **** **** ***, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
please your advice or experience is highly appreciated on what step to take or do I go for online case inquiry.
