H1B visa interview at HYD
I have been going through the visa experience shared by fellow members and would like to thank them. Attended interview this morning and it was approved.
VO: Please pass on your passport
VO: I797 also please
VO: Is this your first time on H1B
Me: No
VO: how long have you been on H1B till now?
Me: Since 200X
VO: Didn't your employer file for your i-140 ?
Me: They did and it was approved. Waiting for my PD to get current.
VO: good luck with that

VO: How long have you been with current employer?
Me: 20XX
VO: What is your designation?
Me: xxxxxx
VO: Did you do your MS in US?
Me: Yes
VO: Specialization
Me: xxxxx
VO: Your visa has been approved.
I have been on H1B for more than 10 yrs and that probably made him ask about my i-140. There was on F1 --> H1b whose case got approved too. Also, a lady applied for B1/B2 visa got her visa approved as well.
