I140 EB1A priority date: 10/16/17
I140 approval date: 10/24/17
my I-485 packet was submitted on 12/1/17 and was received by Texas service center on 12/4/17.
I have three questions:
1. Can somebody please share their experience, how long is it taking currently to get the EAD/AP card with the new interview requirement? Is the interview requirement even affecting the EAD/AP card timeline or only the actual green card timeline?
2. I have an international trip coming up in mid-February. Do you think I will receive my EAD/AP card by then?
3. Are there ways to expedite the EAD/AP card processing time, like, premium processing for I-140?
