Case transferred to National Benefit Cente
My case is very complicated. I will try to summarize as much as possible.
I filed my case in 2011 thoroughly marriage. In 2012 I had the interview bad I wasn’t approved because there was another file with my name opened. The officer told me that he needed to take a look at that file and then approve me. That never happened. As of today, I am still pending. Every year I renew my EAD Card. This last weekend I received a letter from USCIS teling me that my case was moved to the National Bemefits Center and they have jurisdiction on my case now. Has anyone experienced this? What happens now? Another interview? The problem with this is that I’m not married anymore. I was married for 3 years but things didn’t work out. So, what should I do? If they call me for an interview, show I attend and plead my case?
