Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hi i have a question regarding marriage based green card. I submit my file I-130,i131,i765,i485 and medical and affidavit also in may and did my finger prints in june. But in july they reject my file i-131, i-485, i-765 due to check bounce. And in august i again submit my file again with late fee $35 +$35 +$35 and again i did finger prints in september and on first week september they update online status that “we are ready to be schedule for an interview”and recently i got my work permit and i apply ssn. My question is that is my file time count from may Or august? because when got i-485 new receipt there is priority date is may and receive date is august. If anyone have experince/knowladge please tell me from what date my file time will be count
