Adjustment of Status - I-485

Delay after delay
Hi everyone.
I submitted my initial paperwork for adjustment of status June 22nd (485, 765, 130,121. Etc).
Had biometrics done July 20th. Received my first initial rfe shortly after and they received my response July 28th. I thought that at this stage, everything was all good and dandy. So I waited, and waited. 75 days came by, still nothing. Put in a SR sept 6th.. heard nothing.
Put in another SR Oct 24th, called and was told that someone was handleing my case and would have a decision before December.
Called December 5th for an update - told I need to call back on the 11th. Came home that day and I have another initial rfe. The annoying part is it’s for pay stubs for my wife to support me. We gave them the information on the affidavit along with a W2 (which clearly shows her income).
We got married early May, and booked our honeymoon way out in March 2018 thinking this will give us plenty of time for visa stuff. I guess not. I’m now jobless, can’t drive, basically a sitting duck, trying not to eat because we’re she makes enough for rent and food and barley anything extra right now due to how expensive our town is.
I really hope everyone else is having better luck that I am. Having to probably miss my honeymoon sucks more than you can imagine. That’s all we were looking forward to.
Anyone have any advice? Can I submit a request for it to be expedited? Contact a senator? Call and speak to a manager?
