AOS I485 2nd interview.
Hi everyone, I would like to share my case for any advice.
P.D. Was December 27
1st interview was July 11.
We went to uscis San Jose ca. Office for AOS interview it was seems like everything was good but at the end officcer said she can make a decision at the moment and handed me a letter which says they can’t make a decision and wait for 120 days for any decision they make.
Today we got a letter from are local office with beneficiary and petitioner names .
This letter said is for AOS I 485 interview and they asking basically to bring all the paperwork we took on the first interview.
Now my question is:
Should I be worried about 2nd interview?
Do I need to bring my lawyer with us again?
And they asking for a medical record is this meaning I have to do it again?
Please any advice or suggestions it would help.
