11/28 Tue: Interview and got yellow 221g. Vancouver consulate kept the passport.
12/15 Fri: Online status changed to Issues (and that it will take 5 business days)
Others who went through 221g, and consulate kept the passport from interview-
1. When did you get the tracking # after status changed. Does consulate send a mail
2. How long did it generally take to collect passport after status change
3. Has anyone had any luck collecting from consulate vs via post.
