Good morning everyone,
I have something bothering me. My husband (USC) tried adding me to the lease agreement as a cotenant, however we were informed that it won't be possible reason being that , I don't have a social security yet to run a background check which is a requirement. They said I can only be added as an occupant. Is that substantial enough as proof for the interview? Is being an occupant okay?
Iv been reading y'all experience about joint lease with your spouses.
Please how did you guys go about yours?
