Hi Fellas,
I had my OFC on 6th december and visa interview on 8th december 9:30AM.
Day of visa interview.
Good Morning greetings exchanged, she is very simple .
Handed over my passport to VO.
Questions started by
1. Do you have a client or you direct hire?
2. What's your highest degree of education?
3. What is your salary per annum?
4. Where do you live in USA?
Visa officer says VISA is approved , i didn't ask her when can i collect my passport, neither she said when can i pick up. I walked my way out happily. The person ahead of me had his visa issued and the officer said to expect passport in 1-2 weeks. So, i was confused after i came outside.
Was checking updates on usatraveldocs, as my visa was on friday ( case created to admin processing on same day).
On 1tth december, case status changed to Issued, and on 12th december , my status says ready for pick up. I picked up my passport on 13th.
I read so many threads and prepared myself before the interview, it helps alot. I see lot of cases with admin processing and 221(g) slips, those are real. And even drop box cases are called for finger prints and interview. So, fellas be aware and prep yourself. Good luck!!!
