RFE on DAY 142
Disappointment follows...
Called congressman office for help on Nov 29, 2017 (sent all docs with privacy release form). No response till Dec 11..called again...got answer that they have not received any mail from me...(dnt know why)..sent the docs again on the same day. Followed up on Dec 17, 2017. Got response from USCIS via congressman ppl that my case has been assigned to an officer (sigh of relief) and will be getting update on my case on next morning (Dec 20,2017). Mailed congressman office and got a response that USCIS is going to send me a RFE today (Dnt know why after a wait of 142 days). I am not getting info pass appointment :( (my bad). I had a word with level 2 officer and they are not able to tell me any info. Please suggest what should be done now?
