Admin processing 221g blue slip chennai
Hello,
I attended for Visa Interview in Chennai on September 11th 2017. During the interview Consulate officer issued 221G(Administrative Processing). It's been more than 100 days no status update till date.
I have been calling National Visa Center and unable to provide any information. DHS has contacted client on November 30th. HR has responded to all of the Immigration questions and he got a reply that states that whatever he sent them was fine. No documents were requested on 221g or no email has been sent for further documentation.
EVC model. Interview went fine I changed the middle vendor in June and had an increase in pay. So they questioned in the interview why is your paystubs not constant every month? They took copies of client letter, PO, LCA, I-129 and issued 221g. I'm emailing and calling US consulate every other day. Same response.
Please advise anyway to escalate the case or why is there so much of delay in my case?
