interview los angeles field office
Hello peeps, thanks for all the experiences and all the amazing information provided here.

I'm an August filler and just had my interview last friday. Same-sex marriage.
My interview was scheduled for 10:30 we arrived there around 10:25, they told us would take an hour and a half to the call, but in less than 10 min they called us in. The OI was an old guy super serious but nice and funny, he took our oath and my fingerprints and picture and start asking the questions from the forms like dob, address, ask me the questions about I was a communist or prostitute and etc. After that, he asked us when we met, how we met, where we met like the address of the place, how many ppl were in the party if everybody was gay. Then he asked us, if our parents knew about it, he asked us when the things got serious, then he asked about joint documents such as banking and lease, so we didn't have any of those cause I have been leaving on my house since forecer and now it's month by month and I don't see a reason to make another lease just to put my wife's name on it and about the bank accounts it's the 21st century, so he asked me what we had and I gave him house insurance, car insurance, phone family plans, my phone lease, utility bills and he said it's not enought you guys don't have anything else, and my wife yes we do, we have Costco cards and he was kinda why a family of two has costco cards and I said straight away we use a lot of toaleit paper and tampons what is true because is a house with two womans. He laughs and put all the docs away, he asked if we had our house keys with us and asked to see them, we show both keys to him. After that, he asked my wife about her tax income, how much money she does and start talking to her about the place were she born asked if we had traveled outside California and also about our previous relationships. We stood there for like 20 min watching him going over all the files and things and then he printed a paper and said congratulations your petition was approved and that I supposed to receive my green card in 2 to 3 weeks.
I just received my letter yesterday and my GC today SUPER HAPPY BEST XMAS GIFT EVER.

that's pretty much everything I hope it helps someone.

happy holidays guys
