Hi all,
I just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with my situation. I am currently in post-completion OPT and I have an EAD that is set to expire in 9/2018. I am also filing for I-485 through marriage to a US citizen with the form I-130. I want to make sure that I continue to be eligible for work so I will be filing for a new EAD as well. Am I supposed to file a renewal or for a new EAD in this case? Thank you!
