EB2-NIW (Mexico): I got my GC in 9 months
My timeline:
March 1: My I-140 was received by the TSC
June 16: I-140 approved
July 24: I-485, I-131 and I-765 received by TSC
August 16: Biometrics done at the Charleston ASC
September 19: My I-485 was transferred to the National Benefits Center.
October 19: Interview scheduled at the Charleston Field Office
November 26: Interview
December 7: I-485 approved
December 15: Received my GC in the mail.
Ironically, I traveled to Mexico to spend the holidays with my family and both my I-131 and I-765 got approved after I received my GC, I may get a now useless combo card in the mail.
