Travel on Advance Parole after interview
Hi All,
Happy New Year to All.
Need some experienced advise in my case:
PD : Jan 2017
Bio-metrics :August 2017
Got My EAD+Advance Parole in October 2017 and interview (Marriage based, San Francisco Office ) on 12th Dec 2017.
Interview was good with very generic question :
1. Wife's Name
2. My Name
3. Traveled Dates in and out of USA
4. Took photocopy of my 8 month old son's birth certificate. We took him to interview.
5. All the wedding photographs.
Overall it was good and officer said to wait for approval mail in 3-4 days and GC in 2-4 weeks, once background check is done.
I haven't received any mail till today and i have to travel next week to my country.
So, please help me in this situation.
1.Can i travel on EAD+Advance parole and come back into USA as my interview decision is still pending ?
2. What background check is remaining after the interview?
Will there be any issue on my return.
