We filed in EB3 Row.. We filed for LC for future employment with my husband as the primary applicant who was on a H4 (ROW) I am the derivative (Indian) on a H1
Our timelines:
PD: 04/19/2017
LC approved : 06/13/2017
Concurrent filing of I140, I485 and I765: 08/10/2017
Primary's I140 approved: 08/25/2017 (premium)
Notice for Biometrics received in mail: 08/28/2017 (but it was dated 08/18/2017)
Biometrics completed: 09/08/2017
Online notification that I485 was transferred to other center from TSC: 11/27/2017
Notice received in mail that I485 was transferred to NBC: 12/02/2017
Online notification that card was ordered for both my husband and me: 12/12/2017
EAD/AP card received in mail: 12/19/2017
My I131 status online still shows "fingerprint fee received", even though I received the EAD/AP Combo card. However, my husband's status for EAD/AP reflects accurately.
Has Anyone else with similar timelines had interview scheduled by NBC?
