Marriage based AOS NYC Field Office - waiting for approval after interview
My PD is 12/27/2016 and completed interview on 12/20/2017. My wife is the USC. Interview was standard with basic questions (mostly asked to my wife) and we submitted a lot of joint documents.After interview IO said that everything looked good for approval and did not give us a 120 day paper. Is there anyone from the NYC Field office who are still waiting for approval after their interview? How long does it usually take? i have seen people get their approvals within a week after their interview.
