Green Card pending- EAD expiring in 30 days
Hi everyone,
I submitted my I-485 on oct 26, 2016. After a long wait me and my husband went to our green card interview at the Minneapolis, MN field office on the dec 12th,2017. The officer gave me a letter saying he cant make a decision at that time. I received a letter on the following week asking to resubmit my medical exam because the medical i submitted expired because of the long processing delays. I sent the updated medical and they received the doc on dec 22nd. I have not received a notice since then. However my husband received a 1797 saying his petition has been approved. Nothing has changed on my case status. Its still at interview scheduled. I went on infopass to set an appointment to talk to my officer since my EAD card is expiring in 30 days but they don't have any appointments available. Is there anything else I can do? A phone number to call? Is there anyone else going through the same situation? Please help!
