221g issued @ Delhi Drop Box for H1B renewal
Hi All,
Below is the sequence of events for my case, please advice if any one is in the same situation or have experienced such gross negligence by the consulate. Thanks !
Dec 4: Submitted PP at Drop Box location-Delhi Nehru Place
Dec 12: Received PP back with 221g letter stating "submit proof of I-140 filled along with PP"
Dec 15: Submitted PP & covering letter (stating no I-140 is filed and the extension filed was not on basis of I-140)
CEAC site still says Admin Processing. Last update date on the site shows Dec 6, there is no update on the case since then.
