PD- JULY 31, 2017
BIOMETRIC- AUGUST 26, 2017
Called several times and asked for any INITIAL EVIDENCE/RFE for I485.....i got NO for an answer.
Yet NO EAD After almost 6 months.
Today, 8 JAN, 2018 i just received a letter from USCIS for initial evidence. lol! to submit joint sponsor birth certificate or proof to show he is a US citizen.
Now what will happen to my EAD? i was expecting it this month end. But I am afraid the RFIE will automatically reset everything to ZERO.
Any Advice? lol
