H4 visa stamping pending for spouse but my Kid got visa

My wife and my kid went to Bangalore Dropbox office for H4 visa stamping on 18 Dec 2017, they submitted all the required documents with passport size photo's. But my kid got his visa stamped passport on 27th December 2017 , but my wife visa went into administrative processing. Till date she hasn't got her passport and it is almost a month now.
They were planning to travel on 28 Dec 2017, but there is still no process. I email everyday to [email protected], check status using CEAC link and call USCIS help line number. But they always ask same question have u received any email from consulate and after replying no. They always tell it will take some time you have to wait. I don't know how much we have to wait. This is the biggest torture to me and my family, I have never expected this to happen with my dependents who are clueless what is happening and why this is taking so much time.
My biggest question if my Kid got via how is my wife's visa H4 is different then m kid. Please suggest what should i do and my when her visa should be ready.
