Houston
Hi everyone,

I was hoping someone could help me figure out the situation

PD: 01/19/2017
FP: 02/23/2017

and i have been in line for interview since then. My green card expires in 03/05/17. However, I need to go to Spain for a week in mid march due to some family business. I think I will be able to finish my interview by then but I dont think i will be naturalized. Has anyone encountered this kind of issue?

I have looked some information and they said I could get a I-551 stamp on my passport but I wanted to know if there's a requirement and if it's easy to get it. I have been trying to schedule an appointment with USCIS online but it keeps saying there are no available appointments. Does anybody know if they take walk-ins?
I'm sorry for all the questions.thank you
