I shipped package to CKGS on 30-Dec. Because of holidays, package was delivered on 3-Jan.
Online status is received since 3-Jan and has not changed since. Its almost a week now.
I called CKGS twice already and they have escalated case and they were supposed to reply in 24 to 48 hours.
Has anyone faced same issue with shipping option? What can be done?
