Advanced Parole denied because of travel while awaiting I-131
Just had the advanced parole denied to me and my kids because we traveled outside US while awaiting the approval of the I-131. Received the EAD cards with the employment approval but the travel denied.
I applied on June 17 and traveled outside ever month since there as my work needs me to travel outside. At the time I asked my attorneys an advice about this and they told me this was a normal procedure and as soon I have an L1 valid I would have no problems. Now, the USCIS changed they long time procedures without advice.
