Hey everyone,
I applied to adjust my status through my spouse who is a US citizen. We have been told we need to share the maximum of physicals to get approved, till now we share a PO box adress with UPD, the appartement, not alot of things because i still didn’t get my EAD neither my SS, we wanted to share the insurance but i have an issue and hope someone has good knowledge in this subject, maybe i ll find an answer for my question.
My husband has medicaid, my i485 still pending, the medications that he’s taking are not covered by most insurances but medicaid, if i get an insurance and adjoins him in my insurance will that affects his medicaid and he will loose it ?? And if we have separate insurances, will that affects my applications with the uscis ??
