Any August filer who got their EAD or interview? It’s been 149 days as date of today that I’m waiting.
I have made couple service Request but nothing came through to me yet :(.
Have contacted the Congresswoman and she said to wait another 30 days and let us know if you don’t hear anything:(
Today contacted the Ombudsman but he said they can’t help because uscis is federal agency and is not their job:(
And also have contacted 2 senator of state of Florida and I’m pretty sure it’s gonna be the same. Last time talked to a level 2 officer and she said we are ready to schedule your interview and your work permit before end of the month. After 2 weeks I talked to an another officer and he said they’re waiting for my background check to be complete. Today I talked to another officer and she was saying I’m under normal timing and basically she didn’t have too much details about my case. I’m really tired of calling people to ask for help and anytime I hear something different. I really don’t know what to do anymore. Should I wait till end of the month as the first officer said I’m supposed to get EAD and interview together or should I just keep calling them?
