Please I need advice on the following:
My EAD is expiring in about 2 months. And I understand that you must apply 90 days before expiration. Now I missed that 90 days mark but I still have about 51 days left.
1. Can I still apply now and be approved for 6 month extension.
2. It was my attorney who has been makin all my application. Can I apply by myself now. Does it matter if it comes through me this time, been that all other applications had always gone through my attorney or can I just go ahead and do it myself.
Attorney been out of town for over a month and I can’t continue to wait.

My job has already written me regarding the expiration of my EAD and I can’t risk loosing my job.
