Got my interview letter though my I-485 profile never changed to interview scheduled.
Interview 9.40am, got to USCIS office in good time, after more than an hour of waiting and was not called, i went back to the receptionist to complain.
He went in search of my officer and never found him/her. Graciously, we were reassigned to a nice & lovely young man that blessed us.
He he pulled up my B1/B2 visa application on his screen and asked my wife basic question like where i used to work and couple I-94 entry and exit questions.
He requested for any of our social media account, i was about to give him my phone but asked for my wife's. After going through our pics, he said...i will make it easy for you guys. Just expect something in the mail.
He took my thump prints left/right and told me not to be picture shy as he took my passport.
Two days after the interview, i got an alert that card in production. I glad this nightmare is over, i can't.
Just want to encourage and tip folks preparing for their interview.
