My asylum file still not the received
Please I need an answer to this, I went for my marriage base green card interview last October and the IO said she can’t make a decision at that moment cos they still waiting for my asylum file before to make any decisions on my case. It’s been 3months now and never heard anything, so did Info pass yesterday and talk to the same lady the interviewed us. She said to us they have still not receive my asylum file yet but will send them an email again yesterday to re- request for my file to make a decision. My question why is it taking so long for the asylum officer to send my file to the uscis office. Is this normal
