I have recently attended H1-B interview in Hyderabad office...below were the question VO asked me.

VO: Greeted Me GM and How r u doing today
VA: Very GM and I am doing great, thanks. How about you Sir

VO: Pass me your I-797
VA: Passed

VO: Are you working for YYYY ?
VA: Yes

VO: Is this a new Opportunity?
VA: Yes-- Please check your I-129

VO: How long have you been working here?
VA: X years Y Months

VO: What is the location?
VA: City and State

VO: What is your designation here?
VA: Employer Designation Principal Consultant

VO: What is your designation over there?
VA: Same as Software Developer Principal Consultant

VO: What is the salary?
VA: YYYY dollar p.a

VO: which client?
VA: Client Name and briefed about the Client Business and what they do..VO was typing in the computer for something he might be checking about the Client.

VO: what do you do?
VA: told about the responsibilities mentioned Like Analysis ,designing ,implementing, testing and maintain the web application.

VO: Spell the Client Name
VA: yyyyyyyyy

VO: Have you done Medicine degree?
VA: No Sir I have done Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science Engineering. He asked this question because my client is a Health care company.

VO: Which Programming you code.
VA: I told again about the responsibilities and VO interrupted and asked do you use Java programs. I said Yes and Java,GWT ,Oracle DB and PL/SQL etc. Here we need to know the any programming language mentioned in the supported documents.

VO: Golden words, Your Visa is approved Sir. Have a nice day
VA: Thanks Sir, Have a nice day ahead.

VO: Did you get his pamphlet copy.
VA: yes Sir.

VA: Sir when can I expect my paasport back?
VO: 3 -4 business days.

VA: Thank you so much sir. Have a good day ahead.

Key point is to be confident and maintain the eye contact with the VO.
