Hi all,
LA filer here.
Concurrent filing of I-485, I-130, I-765.
PD 10/26/2017
Biometrics done 11/30/2017
No update since then so far.
The peculiar thing is, my online case status still shows a validation error every time I try to look up any of my petition numbers (there are 3). I get the following message: "My Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283."
I called USCIS twice - the first time they told me to wait 45 days, and when I called again, I was connected to a tier two officer. She told me they don't have a problem pulling up my case on their end, so it must be a website problem. The problem persisted since then.
Has anyone else experienced this? It's not a big deal for me, since from what I see, online status appears to be lagging or inaccurate a lot of times anyway, but I wonder why I keep getting an error like this.
