I have 1 question that really need your advices. I am now in the process of Adjustment of Status and my mom in my country is in bad situation due to sickness. So I have to apply for Emergency Advance Parole to come back to my country. Have you guys ever applied for Emergency Advance Parole? How long does it take to get the re-entry permit?
