F1 OPT hasn't arrived more than 95 days passed
Hi,
I applied for EAD card and my case was received on October 13, 2017. It is more than 95 days and the status still shows as "Case was received".
After 75 days, I raised a service request and was received on Jan 2.
The email tha was sent to me said:
"Your case is currently under review by an officer. You should receive a decision, correspondence or notice of other action within 30 days of the date of this letter."
Again, after 90 days, I raised another service request. The email that was sent to me again said the same thing.
I am very concerned as the OPT start date was put as January 1 and already it is 17 days in to unemployment so far.
Any time I call USCIS, I receive same answer that my request is under review.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
