What happens if you are found Inadmissible at your AOS GC Interview
Are you took away straight away by an ICE officer or do they give you chance to appeal, I’m slight worried due to a overstayed J1 by 4 days in 2011.
Since then I have had temporary work visas and it’s never been an issue but now I am going for my GC through marriage, I wonder if it’ll be a problem
Any help would be appreciated
